This notice describes how KupaCare handles information. KupaCare accounts may use secure online sign-in. Care information is stored in this browser by default unless you choose to export or share it.

What KupaCare does

KupaCare supports care coordination and documentation only. It helps users follow and record an existing care plan from a healthcare professional. KupaCare does not prescribe, diagnose, calculate doses, change medicines, provide emergency services, or replace healthcare professionals.

Where your care data is stored

Care information is stored in this browser by default unless you choose to export or share it. It may not appear on another device or browser.

• Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information.
• Do not enter urgent clinical information into the access request form.
• Clearing browser or site data may delete locally stored care information.
• Switching devices or browsers may hide locally stored care information.
• Export or copy your care summary regularly if you need a record outside this browser.

Access request form

The KupaCare team may receive information you submit through the access request form, such as your name, email, phone, role, country and message.

The access request form must not be used for urgent care or medical advice.
